First Five star Hotel Ready to Operate at Biratnagar from January 2023
Biratnagar, August 24. Lemon Tree signs a License Agreement for an 80 room upcoming hotel at Biratnagar in Nepal under the brand ‘Lemon ‘Tree Premier’ The hotel is expected to be operational by January 2023. A five-star hotel ‘Lemon Tree Premier’ will be opened at Bhrikuti Chowk in Biratnagar with an investment of one and a half billion.
Shubh International Hospitality Pvt Ltd is going to open a five-star hotel in Biratnagar with an investment of 1.51 billion.
According to the company, by the middle of April 2022, 37 percent of physical and financial progress has been made. The company says that the hotel will attract Indian tourists as it is on the border of India. The hotel will have 80 rooms.
An agreement has been signed with Carnation Hotel Pvt Ltd for hotel management. Kavin Shrestha owns 25 percent, Vinay Kumar Chaudhary Aggarwal owns 30 percent, Sitadevi Chaudhary Aggarwal owns 40 percent and Ganga Khatiwada owns 5 percent. The Chairman of the company is Kavin Shrestha.
